At Enviro Digital, we sell digital products that are delivered instantly after purchase. Due to the nature of downloadable content, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a product has been accessed or downloaded.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital documents and agree that this waives your right to a refund.  We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions before purchasing to ensure the selected document meets their needs.

 

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where a verified technical issue on our platform prevents access to the purchased files. In such cases, customers must contact us within 7 days of purchase, providing proof of payment and a description of the issue. If approved, we will either restore access to the files or issue a refund at our discretion. Enviro Digital is not responsible for project outcomes, regulatory approvals, or compliance results achieved using our templates. It is the customer’s responsibility to review, customize, and validate all documents for their specific project and applicable regulations.
